I find inspiration in the beauty within us and all around us—whether it's nature, animals, food, plants, or even the seemingly simple magic in stars, the moon, and the sun. I feel a deep connection to the everyday wonders that surround us.

You’ll read my tagline “Escape the Ordinary” quite often. What does that mean exactly? Well, to me it means to live your dream life! Don’t live a life confined to what society’s “normal” may be. Live your life the way you want! Paint your walls in your home whatever color you love, plant a meadow instead of having a grassy lawn, wake up before the rest of the world to get a glimpse of the first light in the sky. Be what you want to be, be a cheif or a painter, a writer- if you have to do this in your spare time, then do it! (Do not say there isn’t spare time!) Buck the trends! Be loud or be quiet- whichever you prefer, but be bold!

Through monthly posts, I’ll be sharing my journey as an artist, my sources of inspiration, and the tools that help me through challenging times. You can expect lovely quotes, how-tos, and perhaps even some foodie recipes! Books have been my friends when I needed someone most, and I look forward to offering what I have learned and I hope will bring you the same comfort.✨
